High-polish turning is a method, which combines several different production steps and thereby reduces the amount of effort needed for production and logistics. Previous to the usual surface finishing, usually work pieces have to be grinded and polished one or two times. We were able to shorten this process, since the high-polished turning method of Wafi replaces the grinding and polishing. Thereby, without having to pollute the environment with slurries from polishing and grinding, we can give surfaces a brilliant finish.
